RESERVATION POLICIES

All reservations must be made by email, letter or fax with at least 50% of the total cost of the tour, a minimum of 30 days before departure of the tour. Please include your name, passport number, nationality, email, age, and any dietary requirements with your correspondence.

Reconfirmations have to be made 5 days before the departure of the tour. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the departure of the tour and a 30% refund will be given. For cancelations made 24 hours before the departure date no money will be refunded.
